In the 1500 the first nucleus of 'houses from noble' is had of property of Alessandro Cremona. In 1610 this property was acquired from the Besozzi family which began the transformation work and acquired some adjacent property of the Parochial Benefit. Of all these works of restructure exist action, written up in date 23 open them 1736. The Besozzi family yielded the Palace to the Sirs Bianconi with bill saled the 28 september 1746.
In the 1795 family Bianconi failed and looked at itself therefore forced to alienated the Palace of Conte Leonardo Calderari who later on yielded the Giulio son which, from 1819 to 1846, operated deep transformations from the facade to the time of the hall, to the restructuration of the advanced hall.
When Giulio Caderara died, the property passed to the brother Carlo Calderara which, with testament of August 1852, the 'Ospedale Maggiore di Milano' name its universal heir.
When in the 1860 Ospedale Maggiore entered in possession of the palace, it emptied it of all its assets for means of auction.
In 1912 the Supervising to monuments placed a protection tie that the owner refused in much could not load the burdens of maintenance of the good.
During the period in which the O.M was owner. it was assisted above all to the unavoidable degradation which had to the atmospheric agents but to the insufficient attention lend from the owners before and the renters then; tasks that after the second world war people used the valuable woods as firewood for fire. Dopo these years of neglect in 1986 arrives the carried out one finally; the O.M. communicates its availability to yield the Palace of the Commune of Vanzago.
The alienation of the palace cannot happen in direct way but through a convention between the Public agencie and the private company that the announced publicly public auction from the O.M would have gained. 10 November 1988; it gains the Enterprise Garavaglia.
In the meantime the Commune send to the O.M. the destination certificate urban planning from which it can be that the destination is that one of the new center of the Town hall.
29 November 1989 the O.M. sells the palace to the Garavaglia Enterprise, which is obliged then to yield it to the Commune of Vanzago. In 1991 it is acquired in definitive way.
The Communal Committee of Vanzago with deliberation n° 285 of the 20/7/98 adjudicates to Enterprise SACEM of Pompei the restructure of the palace.
The palace is inaugurated 6 January 2001.
